Returns & Cancellations
Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). Each item must have a RMA number clearly visible on the packaging and must ship back to our location. To obtain an RMA, please use the Contact Page to begin the RMA process. Items returned are subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%). No returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, installation, mishandling or use. No returns or cancellations on orders of 3 or more ACs. Shipping costs are not refunded. Items which appear to be defective must be handled through the manufacturer of the product. Items returned without a visible RMA will not be accepted. Items refused at delivery will be subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%) and shipping costs both ways. Once an order is processed and/or fulfilled it cannot be cancelled.
Orders that have not shipped or staged for shipping can be cancelled. All orders cancelled within one week of the purchase are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. All orders cancelled after one week of the purchase are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Backordered or special ordered items are not available for cancellation. However, you may still be able to return the parts after requesting an RMA and shipping the item(s) back.
